Located in one of the noblest areas of Cascais, UrbanProfile Properties is a real estate and financial consultant that emerged from the will and experience of Carlos Gouveia, UrbanProfile´s CEO. Graduated in Business Management, a bank clerk and financial director of a real estate and construction group, until he decided to give life to his desire for the real estate business. “UrbanProfile was founded in 2014, but the idea came from an old dream. As a bank employee, I worked on home loans and had a direct connection with many people in the real estate and construction sectors”, contextualises the entrepreneur.

Carlos Gouveia aims to continue to grow in a consolidated manner, in order to maintain proximity, personalisation and a friendly relationship with clients. “I don't have a stubborn 'hunger' for growth, as that could force me to not pay so much attention to the customer and that was never what I intended.
